How to Watch Nürburgring 24 Hours Race

NÜRBURG, Germany — The ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring, the iconic 24-hour endurance race, roars to life on June 21-22, 2025, at the Nürburgring Nordschleife and GP-Strecke in Rhineland-Palatinate. It’s the Nürburgring 24 Hours Race.

Over 140 cars across 20 classes, including GT3, GT4, TCR, and Porsche Cup, compete on the 15.7-mile circuit. Scherer Sport PHX’s No. 1 Audi R8 LMS GT3, driven by Christopher Haase, Markus Winkelhock, and Luca Ludwig, leads after topping Thursday’s qualifying with an 8:10.580 lap. Porsche fields 54 cars, including seven 911 GT3 Rs in the SP9 class, aiming for a 14th overall win.

The “Green Hell” challenges drivers with its 73 turns and elevation changes. The race starts Saturday at 4 p.m. CEST (10 a.m. EDT) and ends Sunday at 4 p.m. CEST (10 a.m. EDT). Qualifying sessions run Thursday and Friday, with Top Qualifying Friday at 1:20 p.m. CEST (7:20 a.m. EDT). Scherer’s Audi and Porsche’s No. 911 “Grello” are favorites, but Mercedes-AMG, BMW, and Ferrari also vie for victory.

Fans can watch live on NITRO (Germany) from Saturday at 2:45 p.m. CEST to Sunday at 4:45 p.m., covering the race, pre-race, and post-race analysis with commentators Lukas Gajewski and Heiko Wasser. International streaming is available at 24h-rennen.de/live and YouTube.com/@24hNBR, with English commentary, though geo-blocked in the U.S., Canada (SPEED SPORT 1), France (Auto Moto La Chaine), and Hungary (Arena4). U.S. viewers can stream on SPEED SPORT 1.
