LKHART LAKE, Wis. — The INDY NXT by Firestone series, the developmental steppingstone to the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, races at Road America on Sunday, June 22, 2025, for the Grand Prix at Road America. The event follows a thrilling oval race at World Wide Technology Raceway, where Lochie Hughes claimed his first oval win, narrowing the championship gap to leader Dennis Hauger to 19 points. Jamie Chadwick, the 2024 Road America winner, returns with Andretti Global, joined by drivers like Myles Rowe and Kiko Porto.
Road America, a 4.014-mile, 14-turn road course in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, spans 640 acres and is known as “America’s National Park of Speed.” The circuit’s long straights and challenging corners, like Turn 5 and Canada Corner (Turn 12), test drivers’ skills. Fans can watch the race live on FS1 at 11:06 a.m. EDT, with streaming available on Peacock. Practice airs Friday at 3:30 p.m. on FS2, and Saturday’s practice and qualifying stream at 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Peacock, respectively. The INDYCAR Radio Network provides audio coverage on SiriusXM Channel 218, racecontrol.indycar.com, and the INDYCAR App, with Mark Jaynes as anchor, alongside analysts Davey Hamilton and turn announcers Jake Query, Nick Yeoman, and Michael Young.
