Aaron Rodgers has never been afraid of controversy, and the Steelers quarterback is once again making headlines for his comments about Dr. Anthony Fauci.
During an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, Rodgers ripped into Fauci following his recent Senate testimony, during which Fauci repeatedly invoked the Fifth Amendment when questioned about the government’s COVID-19 response. Rodgers called him an “absolute coward” and questioned why Fauci wouldn’t answer questions after receiving a presidential pardon.
Rodgers’ frustration with Fauci and the government’s handling of COVID is nothing new. The four-time MVP became one of professional sports’ most outspoken critics of COVID-era policies and vaccine mandates, and years later, he clearly hasn’t changed his position.
