Joe Burrow has plenty of reasons to smile heading into another NFL season.
But Olivia Ponton showing up around Bengals practice probably doesn’t hurt.
Ponton, the model and social-media personality who has been linked to Burrow for nearly two years, was spotted with the quarterback at Bengals training camp in August. The two have also been seen together at the Kentucky Derby and several other events throughout 2026.
Neither Burrow nor Ponton has publicly put a label on their relationship, but at this point, they’ve certainly become one of the NFL’s most interesting rumored couples.
And honestly, they’re pretty adorable.
Ponton has built a huge following of her own through modeling, fitness and lifestyle content, while Burrow is obviously one of the biggest stars in football.
It’s also refreshing to see a celebrity couple that doesn’t seem desperate to turn every moment together into a social-media announcement.
They just seem to enjoy hanging out.
Whether she’s cheering him on at a Bengals practice or getting dressed up with him for Kentucky Derby weekend, Ponton has quickly become a familiar face around Burrow’s world.
Joe gets to throw touchdowns for a living.
And apparently, he has a pretty damn cute girl cheering him on, too.
