Mexico City, Mexico – Sunday, the NASCAR Cup Series will race at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez for the first time ever. This marks NASCAR’s first international race in its premier touring series in 25 years and the first points-paying race outside the States since 1958. It’s the NASCAR Cup Series race at Mexico City.
The Cup Series takes to the F1 caliber circuit in Mexico Sunday afternoon on Prime Video, which has the rights to five races this season (Charlotte, Nashville, Michigan, Mexico City, Pocono) before TNT takes the rest of the ‘summer stint’ in July.
Prime is offering a 30-day free trial for new users, assisting diehard NASCAR fans with cable subscriptions in being able to watch their favorite product.
Meanwhile, the race is also available on SiriusXM NASCAR, Channel 90. MRN will broadcast the race on the NASCAR app and SiriusXM, bringing you trackside coverage of the race.
To follow the leaderboard and live updates, use the NASCAR app or the HBO Max in-car cameras, which offer an onboard view of each driver, via their premium subscription.
Shane Van Gisbergen will lead the field to green from pole in his Trackhouse No. 88 Chevrolet, with Ryan Preece in the RFK Racing No, 60 Ford to his outside.
Trackhouse teammate Ross Chastain follows Van Gisbergen in row 2 in the No. 1 Chevrolet, while Ty Gibbs meets him on the other side in the No. 19 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota.
The racing action begins at 3:00 PM ET on Sunday, with Prime, SiriusXM, HBO Max and MRN carrying all the action.
