  • Oklahoma City Thunder: Still the favorites, holding odds of around +250, aiming to repeat as champions.
  • Denver Nuggets: Made a significant leap, moving from +1,600 to +800 after trades for Cam Johnson and Bruce Brown. This places them as the second favorite.
  • New York Knicks: Currently stand at +900 with some sources reporting them at +700.
  • Houston Rockets: Improved their odds significantly after acquiring Kevin Durant. They went from +1800 to +800 and are now listed at +900 or +950 on some sites.
  • Cleveland Cavaliers: Their odds are around +950 or +650 depending on the sportsbook.

  • Atlanta Hawks: Their odds have climbed to +3100 after acquiring Kristaps Porzingis.
  • Dallas Mavericks: Seen support from bettors, moving from 30-1 to 25-1. They also jumped from +4500 to +3000 after drafting Cooper Flagg.
  • Boston Celtics: Experienced a drop in odds, going from +1800 to +3500 after trading Jrue Holiday and Kristaps Porziņģis. It is speculated they are “punting” on next season.
  • Indiana Pacers: Had a significant drop in odds, from +1800 to +8000, due to Tyrese Haliburton’s injury and losing Myles Turner.
