Holly Rowe waited all night for her moment.
Texas finally completes the greatest comeback of the season.
ESPN sends it down to Holly.
Steve Sarkisian basically says, “Texas fight!” and disappears into the sunset.
Holly’s face afterward said everything.
She did not need a microphone.
She needed answers.
To be fair, Sark was apparently dealing with more ESPN technical issues after the game. Texas said those problems played into the awkward exchange.
Still, watching Holly stand there after getting absolutely Sark’d was television gold.
She went from sideline reporter to witness in about three seconds.
Texas won 24-23.
Holly Rowe lost the interview.
Everybody went home happy.
Well…
Except Holly.
