Angel Reese erupts for 30 points and 16 rebounds as Atlanta dominates Golden State, making history and sending a warning to the rest of the WNBA.

Angel Reese just delivered the performance of her career, and the timing couldn’t have been any better.

After a disappointing Game 1 loss to the Golden State Valkyries, Reese responded with an absolutely dominant performance in Game 2 of the WNBA Finals, finishing with 30 points, 16 rebounds, and 2 blocks while shooting an incredible 10-of-16 from the field.

Atlanta cruised to a 79-65 victory, evening the series at 1-1 and securing the franchise’s first-ever WNBA Finals game victory.

But this wasn’t just another impressive double-double.

Reese became the youngest player in WNBA playoff history to record at least 30 points and 15 rebounds in a game, joining elite company and proving she belongs among the league’s biggest stars.

And she wasn’t afraid to let everyone know it.

Reese was visibly fired up throughout the contest, demanding the basketball and bringing an intensity that Golden State simply couldn’t match.

For a player who has faced constant criticism throughout her career, this was the ultimate response. The biggest stage, the brightest lights, and arguably the best performance of her professional career.

Now, with the series heading back to Atlanta, the Dream have a legitimate opportunity to bring the city its first WNBA championship.

The question is no longer whether Angel Reese can perform on the biggest stage. It’s whether anybody can stop her.
