Dillon Brooks fully embraced his role as the NBA’s ultimate villain this week.
The outspoken forward showed up courtside, completely iced out in jewelry, to seemingly hate watch LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers get swept by the Oklahoma City Thunder. At one point, Brooks even looked directly into the camera and delivered an evil laugh that instantly spread across social media.
It was peak Dillon Brooks behavior. Petty, theatrical and absolutely hilarious.
Brooks has built a reputation as one of the league’s biggest agitators, especially after his long-running back-and-forth with LeBron during the 2023 playoffs. While many fans love to pile on him, moments like this are exactly why the NBA needs personalities like Brooks around.
Sports are supposed to be fun, emotional and occasionally ridiculous. Brooks understands the assignment better than almost anyone.
