  1. Indianapolis Colts (6-1)
The Colts have been unstoppable, boasting the league’s best record and a dominant offense that’s outscoring opponents by nearly 13 points per game. Their 3-game win streak includes convincing victories, making them the clear frontrunners.
Next: @ Pittsburgh Steelers (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET, CBS)
  2. Detroit Lions (5-2)
Detroit’s high-powered offense (215 points for) has them rolling, with a 4-1 record in their last five. Despite a tough NFC North, they’re looking like playoff locks.
Next: vs Minnesota Vikings (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET, FOX)
  3. Los Angeles Rams (5-2)
The Rams’ defense has been stingy (117 PA), and their 2-game win streak shows they’re peaking at the right time. A balanced attack keeps them in the Super Bowl conversation.
Next: vs New Orleans Saints (Sunday, 4:05 PM ET, FOX)
  4. Kansas City Chiefs (4-3)
Don’t let the .571 win percentage fool you—the Chiefs have the second-best point differential (+62) and a 4-1 last five. Patrick Mahomes and company are lurking.
Next: @ Buffalo Bills (Sunday, 4:25 PM ET, CBS)
  5. Green Bay Packers (4-1-1)
Undefeated at home and with a +33 net points, the Packers’ tie keeps them from higher, but their 3-1-1 last five shows consistency.
Next: vs Carolina Panthers (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET, FOX)
  6. Philadelphia Eagles (5-2)
Philly’s defense and run game have carried them to a strong start, with a positive point differential and solid conference record. They’re contenders in a competitive NFC East.
    Next: Bye
  7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-2)
The Bucs’ resilience shines through despite a close point differential (-1). A tough schedule and loads of injuries at the WR position hasn’t slowed them, but they’ll need to tighten up defensively.
    Next: Bye
  8. Seattle Seahawks (5-2)
Seattle’s +57 net points and 4-1 last five highlight their efficiency on both sides. Road warriors (3-0 away), they’re a dark horse in the NFC West.
Next: @ Washington Commanders (Sunday, 8:20 PM ET, NBC)
  9. San Francisco 49ers (5-2)
The 49ers’ defense (138 PA) and recent win have them back on track. Kyle Shanahan’s squad is built for the long haul.
Next: @ New York Giants (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET, CBS)
  10. Buffalo Bills (4-2)
Buffalo’s offense is clicking (167 PF), but a 2-game losing streak drops them. They’ll rebound in a winnable division.
Next: vs Kansas City Chiefs (Sunday, 4:25 PM ET, CBS)
  11. Denver Broncos (5-2)
Riding a 4-game win streak, Denver’s defense (127 PA) has been elite. They’re exceeding expectations in the AFC West.
Next: @ Houston Texans (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET, FOX)
  12. New England Patriots (5-2)
The Pats’ perfect division record (1.000) and 4-game win streak make them AFC East leaders. Strong road play (4-0) is key.
Next: vs Atlanta Falcons (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET, CBS)
  13. Chicago Bears (4-2)
A 4-game win streak has turned the Bears’ season around. Their defense is improving, though point differential (-3) suggests close games.
Next: @ Cincinnati Bengals (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET, CBS)
  14. Pittsburgh Steelers (4-2)
Solid in the AFC North with a +10 net points, but a recent loss hurts. Their 3-2 last five is steady.
Next: vs Indianapolis Colts (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET, CBS)
  15. Los Angeles Chargers (4-3)
The Chargers’ 0.800 conference winning percentage stands out, but inconsistencies (2-3 last five) hold them back.
Next: @ Tennessee Titans (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET, CBS)
  16. Carolina Panthers (4-3)
Winners of three straight, Carolina’s turnaround is real. Their home dominance (3-0) is a bright spot.
Next: @ Green Bay Packers (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET, FOX)
  17. Jacksonville Jaguars (4-3)
The Jags’ perfect division record helps, but a 2-game skid and negative net points (-9) show vulnerabilities.
Next: @ Las Vegas Raiders (Sunday, 4:05 PM ET, FOX)
  18. Dallas Cowboys (3-3-1)
Dallas’ high-scoring offense (222 PF) is offset by defensive issues. A recent win offers hope.
Next: vs Arizona Cardinals (Monday, 8:15 PM ET, ESPN/ABC)
  19. Atlanta Falcons (3-3)
Balanced but unspectacular, Atlanta’s 3-2 last five keeps them in the NFC South hunt.
Next: @ New England Patriots (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET, CBS)
  20. Minnesota Vikings (3-3)
The Vikings’ +20 net points suggest they’re better than their record. A recent loss snaps momentum.
Next: @ Detroit Lions (Sunday, 1:00 PM ET, FOX)
  21. Cincinnati Bengals (3-4)
Cincinnati’s poor net points (-78) reflect struggles, but a recent win and perfect division record provide optimism.

Positive net points (+10) but a 2-game losing streak. The Commanders need consistency.
Next: vs Seattle Seahawks (Sunday, 8:20 PM ET, NBC)

A recent win breaks a skid, but defensive woes (152 PA) persist.

Next: @ Miami Dolphins (Thursday, 8:15 PM ET, Prime Video)
  29. New Orleans Saints (1-6)
Defensive collapses (186 PA) and a 2-game skid keep the Saints near the bottom.

  30. Miami Dolphins (1-6)
Miami’s offense struggles (140 PF), with a 3-game skid and poor road record (0-4).
Next: vs Baltimore Ravens (Thursday, 8:15 PM ET, Prime Video)

  32. New York Jets (0-7)
Winless and overmatched, the Jets’ 7-game losing streak and -54 net points make them the basement dwellers.
